Art has been a major hobby of mine since middle school when I used IbisPaint to make digital art on my phone. These days, I use an XPen tablet and FireAlpaca to create digital art although I also use IbisPaint on mobile from time to time.
I started learning to crochet when I was 8. My dad had a friend who ran a yarn shop, and we went there to take her crochet lessons that she also sold. In recent years, I've gotten into Amigurumi or the art of knitting or crocheting dolls or figures. The practice formally started in Japan; hence, why English borrows the Japanese word for it.
